Like it or leave it? Here's my verdict

The location is perfect, just a block from the beach, and the clean room offered comfort with a decent bed. Free breakfast was a nice touch , though limited in options.

Service issues were glaring. Check-in took ages, and staff seemed unprofessional. Additional fees piled up, including $20 for parking.

Overall it was an amazing stay on vacation. Amazing staff gave advice on things to do. The hotel had a marvellous location to the boardwalk. A few times I ate At Peru Restaurant, located at a moderate distance from the venue. Do recommend this place and would return there...

There was nothing I didn't like.

The atmosphere here was quite relaxing, and we loved being so close to the beach. Our family enjoyed walking our small dog along the shoreline, and all the nearby attractions, like Gulfstream Park Racing and Casino.

In my wife's opinion, the cleanliness could be improved for families. It felt a bit rundown in some areas.

I loved having beach access for sunbathing and a nice little pool area. The bathroom could use a little TLC, but overall, it was a great experience 🌞

I felt right at home with the cozy atmosphere, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable king bed. The location was peaceful, just a short stroll from the lovely beach. It really exceeded my expectations compared to my last visit in hollywood.

Greniers is located just a short walk from a lovely beach. The room had a fridge and microwave. The feeling of staying in a small house was nice, and it made for a cozy atmosphere. It was easy to enjoy our time as a couple.

The dining scene nearby is fire! Grab tacos at The Taco Spot, a quick stroll away, or savor some Italian vibes at Florio's of Little Italy. Plus, the king bed in my cozy room was like a cloud on Hollywood Boulevard!

But yo, the place needs serious TLC! The outdated decor is screaming for an upgrade, and I noticed some not-so-fresh maintenance issues here and there. Talk about a missed opportunity with the breakfast setup!

Great location but staff interaction needs improvement

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach. The room was cozy with a small kitchen setup. My interaction with the front desk staff was a bit disappointing, as they could have been friendlier and more helpful.

The location is super close to a lovely beach, just a short walk away. Room had a fridge and microwave, made snacks easy. The decor gives a cozy house feel. Air conditioning worked well, and the tv was nice. The shower had good water pressure, perfect after the beach. Free parking was a plus.
